HITACHI GEN1 DTC removal
RemoveDTC deletes fault codes (DTCs) from the original file read out of a HITACHI GEN1 engine ECU. Upload the read, tell us which codes are bothering you, and get the cleaned file back ready to write. Hitachi engine ECUs — the SH7058/SH7059/SH72543 platform used across several Japanese-brand vehicles.
What we remove from a HITACHI GEN1 file
- DPF / FAP pressure and regeneration codes
- EGR valve and flow codes
- AdBlue / SCR / NOx sensor codes
- Lambda (O2) sensor and catalyst efficiency codes
- Swirl flap, throttle body and intake codes
- Any other specific DTC you name in the order notes
Only the codes are removed — the rest of the calibration in your HITACHI GEN1 file is left untouched.
How it works
- Read the full file from the HITACHI GEN1 with your usual tool (OBD or bench/boot).
- Upload it — the ECU field is pre-filled with HITACHI GEN1 — and list the DTCs to remove.
- A technician edits the file by hand and you get an email when it's ready to download and write back.
